Commission process
Process:
1. I will first discuss the commission with you and give a quote of the price.2. If we both agree, I will ask for payment upfront. I will start working on the sketch after I've received the payment.3. I will send progress images of the sketch for review. When the sketch is accepted, I will start finishing the piece.4. After I've finished the artwork, I will send a picture to review once more. I can make any small changes if needed.Delivery:
♡ You will receive a Google Drive link with a high res PNG of the finished artwork.
♡ You will receive a version with a background (if applicable), and a transparent version.Deadline:
♡ Estimated time for completion: 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise communicated.
♡ In case of delay I will let you know, and keep you updated.

Extra info for keychains/stickers
Stickers:
♡ You can choose a color for the border
♡ You can choose the laminate type (glossy, holographic, holographic stars)Keychains:

♡ Keychains are automatically sent with tracked shipping
♡ Stickers are automatically sent as stamped mail without tracking. Tracking can be added for an additional feeCustoms fees (applies to keychains only):
♡ VAT is not calculated in the price. You might be charged VAT by your local customs if you are ordering from outside the EU.*
♡ USA Tarrifs are not calculated in the price. This 15% tarrif fee will be added to your total costs before payment. this way, you won't be charged anything by your lcoal customs.**This only applies to keychains. Stickers are sent as stamped letters and will not require any VAT or Tarriffs to be paid.

♡ I (cyberbones) own the artwork, I may post it to social media unless requested otherwise.Payments:
♡ Please pay the full payment upfront, I will start once I receive the payment.
♡ I accept payment via PayPal (Goods and Services).
♡ I can also make a custom listing on my webshop for you to purchase.Cancellations/refunds:
♡ Cancellations and refunds are only possible before I've started working on the artwork. After I've started the sketch I cannot cancel your commission anymore.
